The billing address must be linked to the credit card or payment provider you will be using when you place the order. It is possible to ship to an alternative address.

Please check with your household members, neighbor, doorman or any areas on your property where the package could have been left by the delivery courier. If you have no luck, please let us know so we can look into the issue.

After successful delivery to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, click ‘Track Package’ and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer a TreasuresRoad E-Gift card which is an electronic gift card that can be used online at TreasuresRoad.com . It is the convenient and easy gift to give when you’re late or when you just don’t know what to give!

You can view your order history by logging into your account.

There are no receipts put in the box so that it can be shipped directly to someone as a gift. The only receipt you will receive is by email.

We want you to be happy with your TreasuresRoad.com purchase but if you need to return something you have 7 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 7 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend the products or details on an order. Although you may consider it an easy thing to update an order, once an order is placed a chain of events is automatically triggered behind the scenes, related to the shipping of the package.

We do our best to make sure that pictures and product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Loyalty Program

Joining is easy! Just create an account on our site and you will have access to the program, Go to My Account > Points to check your balance, etc!

You will earn Points every time you shop with 1 Point for every dollar spent on qualifying items. You can also earn Points by creating an account (100 Points), writing a product review (100 Points) and more!

There is no limit to the number of Points you can collect. Points will expire after 365 days.

Once you have accumulated a minimum of 1500 Points you will be able to redeem Points on your TreasuresRoad order.

You will earn Points based on the final price you pay for an item. If an item is on sale, the Points will be calculated on the sale price.

You will receive your Points immediately after placing your order. (Unless there is an issue with payments or any other technical issues!)

After one year!

When your return is processed, if you used Points to make the purchase, we will return them to you.

If you return an order that qualified you to earn Points, any Point you have received after the purchase, will be deducted from your account.

You can redeem your Points during checkout when you are logged into your account. 

You will receive Points only on dollars spent. If you redeem Points toward a purchase, you will only receive Points for the balance paid after redemption.
